Just a heads up for anyone looking at this: I ordered my usual size and it was way too tight. I couldn’t really wear it, and dealing with a return felt like more trouble than it was worth. Disappointing overall. If you’re between sizes or want a comfortable fit, I’d definitely consider sizing up.

I was hoping there would be more ways to customize things, but it felt limited overall. It works okay, but it also made me wonder a bit about the quality since there just weren’t many options to play around with.

I bought a few horse care bits from 5 Star Equine Products and everything showed up fine, so no complaints on the delivery side

The quality seems decent for what I paid, but I did think a few things were a little more expensive than what I’ve seen elsewhere. Not terrible value, just not exactly a bargain either
I’d probably order again if they had a sale on or if I needed something quickly, but next time I’d definitely check a few other prices first

Customer service took forever to reply, and when they finally did, the response felt kind of rude and unhelpful. Maybe it was just a bad day, but after this last order, I don’t see myself buying from them again.

I really wanted to be happy with this, and at first glance it looks okay, but once I actually checked it over, the workmanship felt sloppy. The stitching is uneven in a few spots and some of the edges look rough, like they were just trying to get it out the door fast.
It’s usable for now, but for what I paid, I expected it to feel a lot more solid. it kind of gave me the impression the company cares more about getting the sale than making sure the product is finished properly. Not the worst thing I’ve bought, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless the quality gets better

The quality looked decent enough, so I don’t think it’s badly made, but comfort-wise it just wasn’t it for us. Might be totally Fine for other horses, just not mine

I ordered a few horse supplies and, as I was unpacking the box, I was kind of mentally checking each item against what I remembered picking online. Everything lined up: the right sizes, the right colors, and nothing weird or missing, which is always the pattern I hope to see with online orders.

It did show up a day later than expected, but the actual order was spot-on, so I wasn’t too bothered. If this is how they usually handle packing accuracy, I’d feel fine ordering from them again
